High Quality Review of F1
This British magazine is a little (well, more than a little)pricey but it's an excellent, high quality review of F1 events, people, and races. It arrives in the US about one race late -- so it's not the best place to get the "news," but the editorial staff does a great job staying on top of current F1 developments, rule changes, driver changes, and other controversies, so it still feels very current.

The magazine to see the cars you can't afford
Road & Track is arguably the best automotive magazine out there.It has the best photography, and covers a wide range of intriguing cars.It provides excellent coverage of the latest from Ferarri and Porche, along with great articles on classic race cars.
Okay only if you're a serious gearhead

I'm a subscriber to Road & Track, Car and Driver, and Motor Trend. Simply put, R&T is the one I look forward to the most each month.

worst of the biker rags
gave it a 1, just because it had bikes in the rag, but seriously this rag is close to kiddie porn,if you really want a v-twin biker mag,check out American-Iron,Us Rider News [formally Dixie-Rider],and HotRodsBikeWorks mag.you won't be disappointed in any of these three. but stay away from easyriders unless your more into kiddie porn than bikes.

This is a good take on the lifestyle.
Your mom may not like this magazine but thats the apeal.I got to reading it over seas and I have to say it is the best bike magazine I have ever read it has T and A and hot bikes. But it is not just that if it new and cool and for you bike they got that to.It just has every thing need.

A good magazine for the hot rodders
This magazine is a great magazine for those into traditional Hot Rodding.It doesn't get carried away with every trend in car modification to come down the pike, you won't be turning through pages of "tuner" cars (piece of crap cars that took thousands of dollars of mods to run as well as a car should coming off the lot.)It usually sticks to covering the Detroit 3...but I don't mind after reading all about asian cars in C&D and MT.

The best of it's kind, but...
I've been a subscriber since 1968, just sent a gift sub to a nephew, and it won't start coming for 4 MONTHS!!Glad I ordered online!

Great Magazine for the GM fan

The very best sports car magazine. Period.
Quality writers, great photos, access to the ultimate vehicles. There are no racing schedules, mini-van reviews, or funny photos, just pure hands on sports car reviews and LOTS of those.

Decent
Automobile was created by a departed Car and Driver editor, whose goal was to basically create a more accessible car magazine, one that wasn't just for motor-heads.
Automobile writing uninspiring
Automobile was created by one of a former editor-in-chief of Car and Driver. It's initial premise was to make automotive journalism more gender-neutral, with less emphasis on technical material and more on aesthetics and dynamics. This is evident as the editor-in-chief of Automobile is a woman, Jean Jennings. While I find the writing to be uninspiring, others apparently do. The circulation of Automobile surpasses rivals Car and Driver and Motor Trend. Read it at the newsstands to see if it fits you.

Keeps slipping every month
This magazine is turning into a picture show with very little content.Everything is subjective in the magazine with very little (or none at all) technical data to base their opinions on.There just isn't enough to this magazine.It only takes a few minutes to get through it, since it's basically a picture-book. ... Excellent Magazine
Excellence is a great magazine--the quality of the articles is quite good, and the technical articles really open up your eyes to the more mechanical aspect of motoring.Overall, its a great magazine, and you wont be dissapointed.

Simply the best
I read a quantity of automotive magazines. I have been driving, modifying, and enjoying Porsches since the late 60s.
Must Read
This is a great magazine for both owners and fans of Porsche. Bruce Anderson's columns alone are a good enough reason to purhcase it. The mix of topics makes it a magazine for everyone; from reviews of the latest and greatest to articles on older Porsches which well within the reach of any enthusiast. I have subscribed for many years and can't conceive of it not arriving in my mailbox.Read more

Not my favorite, but not bad
I like this mag.It's not the best if you're looking at Cruisers.Every month it seems like they throw in a few cruiser pics as an afterthought.This is clearly a sport/touring mag.They do run some interesting tech articles, like how tires are made, and they go into depth on bike specs.Go buy one and you'll know if you like it.I won't be renewing my subscription, but I'll be looking at it in the supermarket every month. For those with eclectic interests.
Good technical articles.One of the better cycle mags out there for the rider who is dreaming about the next bike, or the wannabee just dreaming.A little light on focus, but what is there (and that's a fair amount) goes into appropriate depth to be useful.Not a picture, glamour or scene mag, rather a serious effort on bikes.It's just hard to predict whether this is the issue that will feature cruisers, sport-tourers, or crotch-rockets, etc., etc.Otherwise well put together.

The yard-stick of motorcycle magazines
It has excellent reviews for cruiser and sportbikes, with good feedback for real world riding situations, as well as the track (high performance sportbikes).Most magazines focus on just performance and speed, but this one has the info. on real world stuff (ergos, comfort, maintenance, long term tests, accessories, etc.)Read more

THE Corvette Magazine

Keepin' it fresh
Who can resist the mamasitas in bikinis next to some of the finest rides that bekons from the magazine racks? Not his vato. Seriously though this magazine is a nice reference point for ideas for customizing your ride. If you have an old ranfla(classic car) that needs modificationthan this is the place to shop for ideas . If you don't own one you can always dream. Need some rims? There are countless pages of sugestions. There are some serious cruisers in Lowriderthat are some of the tightest machines you will ever see. This magazine has come a long ways from it's intial days to create a nice colorful glossy representation of some tricked out rides. Good stuff for the car afficionado that likes custom cars and restored American classics of the road.

Superb
The only magazine that doesn't seem to be on the gravy train; so you get honest and unbiased reviews.But more than that, you beautiful photography, few ads, and lot of reviews. Overall a very high quality Mag.Of course they only focus on sports car, but if they didn't, they'd have to change the name.

Best Automotive Publication I Know Of
I have subscribed to the all of the big car magazines for years, I am glad I stumbled upon Sports Car International in Australia of all places.The articles are all well written and devoid of the mindless blather you find in most of the other rags.I enjoy that they only write about interesting cars, I don't read car magazines to help me decide weather to buy the new Camry or the Accord, most of the other magazines cater to this crowd to one degree or another.The photography keeps me pacing in front of the mail box waiting for the next issue, the shots of the Bugatti Veyron on the salt flats were the latest ones to blow my mind.My only complaint is that the magazineis bi-monthly, I would gladly pay twice the money to receive it every month.

Delivery Time is Slow
I've purchased this magazine off the shelf before, and I'm happy with it, but it's been over a month since I made the purchase, and I still don't have the first issue.

Maxim for Motorcycles
This magazine is published by the same people that brought us Maxim.So if you like Maxim, check it out.If you don't: pass.The pictures are slick, models are attractive, but there is little in the way of information on how to do it yourself or what was actually done to the bike.It is basically a picture book.If you are looking for technical articles, how tos or performance installs; check out Road Bike for metrics or Hot Bike or American Iron for Harleys and Victory's.
