1-0 out of 5 stars worst of the biker rags
gave it a 1, just because it had bikes in the rag, but seriously this rag is close to kiddie porn,if you really want a v-twin biker mag, check out American-Iron,Us Rider News [formally Dixie-Rider],and HotRodsBikeWorks mag.you won't be disappointed in any of these three. but stay away from easyriders unless your more into kiddie porn than bikes.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is a good take on the lifestyle.
Your mom may not like this magazine but thats the apeal.I got to reading it over seas and I have to say it is the best bike magazine I have ever read it has T and A and hot bikes. But it is not just that if it new and cool and for you bike they got that to.It just has every thing need.

4-0 out of 5 stars A Warlock Biker Sez:
I enjoy the cool bikes and hot witches that Easyriders has to offer. Another good selection to put in granny's donut house (the bathroom) ,is the 1% favorite, "Outlaw Biker." Both these magazines are old school and way kewl, in my book. But do not just believe reviews pick up a copy of either of these great magazines and decide for yourself. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Not my favorite, but not bad
I like this mag. It's not the best if you're looking at Cruisers.Every month it seems like they throw in a few cruiser pics as an afterthought. This is clearly a sport/touring mag. They do run some interesting tech articles, like how tires are made, and they go into depth on bike specs.Go buy one and you'll know if you like it.I won't be renewing my subscription, but I'll be looking at it in the supermarket every month.4-0 out of 5 stars For those with eclectic interests.
Good technical articles. One of the better cycle mags out there for the rider who is dreaming about the next bike, or the wannabee just dreaming.A little light on focus, but what is there (and that's a fair amount) goes into appropriate depth to be useful. Not a picture, glamour or scene mag, rather a serious effort on bikes. It's just hard to predict whether this is the issue that will feature cruisers, sport-tourers, or crotch-rockets, etc., etc.Otherwise well put together.

4-0 out of 5 stars The yard-stick of motorcycle magazines
It has excellent reviews for cruiser and sportbikes, with good feedback for real world riding situations, as well as the track (high performance sportbikes). Most magazines focus on just performance and speed, but this one has the info. on real world stuff (ergos, comfort, maintenance, long term tests, accessories, etc.)Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Comic book grade motorcycle magazine
Years ago, Cycle World was a 1st class motorcycle publication5-0 out of 5 stars The best motorcycle magazine made in the USA
I've been reading motorcycle magazines for years and I find that Cycle World is consistently the best written. It is one of the few motorcycle magazines in the US that you can literally read from cover to cover.I really enjoy the fact that it is targeted at an adult audience - and it should be since the average age of their readers is around 40.That means that I don't have to wade through a bunch of prepubescent garbage to find out about this month's latest greatest bikes and that alone is worth the cover price.2-0 out of 5 stars Unless youre devoted to sport bikes, keep looking
I have no interest in sport bikes though I understand the thrill for those who do.I subscribed to Cycle World because I understood it to be a premier motorcycle magazine.I won't renew my subscription. If you're looking for a magazine relating to sport bikes then Cycle World might be your magazine, if not, keep looking. ... 3-0 out of 5 stars Delivery Time is Slow
I've purchased this magazine off the shelf before, and I'm happy with it, but it's been over a month since I made the purchase, and I still don't have the first issue.

2-0 out of 5 stars Maxim for Motorcycles
This magazine is published by the same people that brought us Maxim. So if you like Maxim, check it out.If you don't: pass. The pictures are slick, models are attractive, but there is little in the way of information on how to do it yourself or what was actually done to the bike.It is basically a picture book.If you are looking for technical articles, how tos or performance installs; check out Road Bike for metrics or Hot Bike or American Iron for Harleys and Victory's.

5-0 out of 5 stars Metric and Harley cruisers side by side!
Are you a cruiser owner that is sick of all the Harlier-Than-Thou magazines out there?Let me tell you, if all you want is to see a magazine chock full of awesome V-Twin custom bikes and you don't care what part of the globe they are from or what badge was on the tank then you better slap yourself down for a subscription to V-Twin magazine.Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Rider Magazine
All seemed to go well. I'm now waiting for the first Issue to arrive.

5-0 out of 5 stars good for ageing corner blasters
For ageing corner blasters like myself(53) who have slowed a bit and often ride two up on longish trips, "Rider" is an excellent magazine. It's new bike tests are reliable and low on hype. It's columnists often muse about the riding experience and its relation to our broader lives. It has plenty of "how to" features and my two decade collection of tours and destinations featured in "Rider" is keeping me pleasantly busy in retirement.A good down to earth, mature, magazine.

5-0 out of 5 stars One of my favorites
Largely geared towards the rider attracted to the larger bikes capable of logging lots of miles. Seems to feature a smattering of sport bikes, sport-tourers as well as touring rigs, the larger touring cruisers and liter sized open-bikes. The commentary is often based on longer rides, as well as long-term tests, and they occasionally dig up stuff on the classic bikes of the 50-70s, for those senior riders who want a trip down memory lane. They do not always have the most technical of write-ups, but feature good useful information for the enthusiast who wants to keep abreast of what's happening... Not a squid or scene mag. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Complete Cruiser
This is the most complete motorcycle cruiser magazine out there. They have the technical information that will satisfy the tech guys as well as the history for those nostalgic riders.I love this magazine.I am sad that it only comes every other month but it is great to open the mailbox and see it when it does come.I would encourage all cruiser riders to buy this magazine if they want the knowledge and understanding of cruisers that will increase their appreciation.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Magazine
This is just about the only decent magazine I've found that covers only cruisers. Don't care about which new crotch rocket can do a 9-second quater? This is the magazine for you. It covers all the new bikes, with great reviews from many different riders and perspectives, plus gives general riding tips and maintenance/modification guides.

4-0 out of 5 stars 6 issues?You kidding?
I love this magazine. As soon as they start running it every month I'll raise my rating. This mag fills the gap between the sea of sportbike mags and the sea of Harley/Indian mags.Honda, Kawi, etc. are innovating like mad.The 1800's and 2000's are coming out and need to be covered!Thankfully, this mag fits the bill.It is worth reading, but needs to meet its potential. It needs to be more in depth, and published more frequently.Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Perfect for any Subaru owner
If you live in the Pacific Northwest you know how prominent subaru's are. Every soccer mom has an outback and all the cool people have a 2.5RS or WRX. This is the only magazine that deals with ALL things subaru. All those idiot import tuner mags only have super high horsepower STI's that you could never build. Subiesport has articles and how to do things right, and on a budget. Of course there are those high HP STi's but there are also driving tips for AutoX, drag racing, tuning and installs of everything. I highly recomend this if you own a subaru and want more from it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Subaru Magazine for Subie Freaks
I first heard of this magazine while on www.rallitekforums.com but could never find a copy. While getting work done on my car at a local shop Rallitek (www.rallitek.com) they had some old issues and the newest issue laying around.I read through about 3 issues even when my car was done. This magazine has every thing a subaru fan could want. There are great write ups about mods you can do as well as head to heads with Subaru vs. Audi.Once you read one you will be hooked as I was.

4-0 out of 5 stars If you are really that into Subarus
My friend had an issue of this magazine laying around his house, and I picked it up.Now, I am not a "die hard subie fan"like he is, so it surprised me that this magazine even existed.I wondered what they could possibly write an entire magazine about. They surprised me.This magazine is VERY informative about Subarus. They have all the "subie" news.It focuses on the high-performance Subarus (Yeah, I see some of you smirking!,) and even goes a little bit into Subaru tuner products, etc.

5-0 out of 5 stars Most well-informed sportbike magazine in the US
I've subscribed to this magazine for over a year and in that time, I've found numerous articles, from reviews of the latest sportbikes to ratings of aftermarket parts and riding techniques, which have been worth archiving for later reference.5-0 out of 5 stars Sport Rider Magazine
Probably the best magazine on sportbikes and performance motorcycles I've ever read. Full of pertinent information on the latest machines, plus it has tips on riding techniques, which I find invaluable. The editors seem to have more insight into what makes performance motorcycles work than the other magazines.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best U.S. Sport Bike magazine
Of all the motorcycle magazines I've been able to get in the U.S., Sport Rider is the only one that is dedicated to Sport Bikes. It has great reviews on new bikes, tips on riding, racing news, and great reviews on Sport Bike products (i.e. the best helmets). If you're like me and you're not too interested in cruisers or touring bikes, but you are big into Sport Bikes, this is your magazine. ... 1-0 out of 5 stars would like to review this, but havent received it yet
well, i ordered this subscription the first of january 06, and it is now march 06 and we have not received an issue yet. i guess it can take 12 weeks for your subscriptions to start, when ordering through amazon, and yes, it is a better price, but you have to weigh whether the amount you save is worth the loooong wait before your issues actually arrive, and the fact that it is not managed through amazon.com, you are sent to another website of another company that manages the subscriptions, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a human being on the phone, its all computer.so, i will not order another subscription through amazon, as i am not happy with the length of time it is taking, and that i cannont speak with a person.3 months wait?and you then dont even know ifthere is a problem with the subscription until that time period is over, 3 months later, and its through another company.the savings just werent worth it for me.

4-0 out of 5 stars VRRRRrroooooooooommmmm! It's good!
Let's face it. If you own a Harley Davidson motorcycle, you're going to have to learn how to do some repairs and you're going to want to customize your bike to make it truly your own. With Hot Rod Bikes magazine, you're well on your way to knowing how to do both. Filled with great photos of some of the hottest custom cycles out there, plus some of the hottest biker babes, Hot Rod Bikes has a little bit for everyone, whether you're interested in improving the output of your Sportster engine or looking for a great way to paint your gas tank. Before you get your motor running and head out for the highway, look into a copy of Hot Rod Bikes. You'll be glad you did. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Biker Magazines
I have been buying biker magazines for over 30 years.I have bought Easyriders, Biker Lifestyle, and Biker. I have even bought the regular motorcycle magazines such as American Motorcycle and Iron Horse but they don't measure up to Biker. I enjoy the articles and the pictures from the different events they go to. I use to go to any newsstand and be able to buy bike magazines but not anymore. It is getting harder and harder for me to find these type of magazines over the counter (with or without a plastic cover). Why have they quit having them in newstands?Do they sell them any place else?I can find old editions at some of the local flea markets at the biker apparel shops and the bike stores such as Harley Davidson.Anyway, I still love reading the Biker magazine and will continue to do so until they stop publishing it.Keep up the good work, guys!!! 1-0 out of 5 stars too little info, too much money
Have not seen a copy of this mag for sale in a while, thought they went out of business. I used to buy it just to read Minton, he made alot of sense, and the Roll Up Your Sleeves was not bad. Most of the other articles in the magazine were just crap, like fashion comparisons on touring jackets. Tour pics and info totally inferior compared to AAA. Minton only one writing for this rag that knew spit about bikes. I would not waste the money on this rag again. Too little info, pitiful articles, and way too expensive for what you get.
