High Quality Review of F1
This British magazine is a little (well, more than a little)pricey but it's an excellent, high quality review of F1 events, people, and races. It arrives in the US about one race late -- so it's not the best place to get the "news," but the editorial staff does a great job staying on top of current F1 developments, rule changes, driver changes, and other controversies, so it still feels very current.

Magazine's good - pricing is RIDICULOUS!
The magazine is top notch, but you can subscribe via one of the little post card inserts for 12 months for $24.00.Just an FYI in case you don't really feel the need to shell out $50.

Perfect for any Subaru owner
If you live in the Pacific Northwest you know how prominent subaru's are. Every soccer mom has an outback and all the cool people have a 2.5RS or WRX. This is the only magazine that deals with ALL things subaru. All those idiot import tuner mags only have super high horsepower STI's that you could never build. Subiesport has articles and how to do things right, and on a budget. Of course there are those high HP STi's but there are also driving tips for AutoX, drag racing, tuning and installs of everything. I highly recomend this if you own a subaru and want more from it.

Subaru Magazine for Subie Freaks
I first heard of this magazine while on www.rallitekforums.com but could never find a copy.While getting work done on my car at a local shop Rallitek (www.rallitek.com) they had some old issues and the newest issue laying around.I read through about 3 issues even when my car was done.This magazine has every thing a subaru fan could want.There are great write ups about mods you can do as well as head to heads with Subaru vs. Audi.Once you read one you will be hooked as I was.

If you are really that into Subarus
My friend had an issue of this magazine laying around his house, and I picked it up.Now, I am not a "die hard subie fan"like he is, so it surprised me that this magazine even existed.I wondered what they could possibly write an entire magazine about.They surprised me.This magazine is VERY informative about Subarus.They have all the "subie" news.It focuses on the high-performance Subarus (Yeah, I see some of you smirking!,) and even goes a little bit into Subaru tuner products, etc.

The road racing bible.
It just doesn't get any better than this, trust me. If I were stranded on a desert isle and had to choose recv. the big four (Cycle World, Motorcyclist, Sport Rider, Cycle News) or Roadracing World, I'd pick the one issue of R&W every time. Nuff said. -ds-

It has it all !!
I am a long time Nascar lover/watcher and I'm not really a redneck either. Born in New Mexico, but have lived all my adult life in Micigan.Here in Michigan, we have two race dates a year at ourMichigan track and they are sold out at ever Nascar event.When the races are here in Michigan, as well as all Nascar tracks, Nascar Illustrated covers each event in such detail that you can imagine your actually there.The camera shots, the well written articles, take you to the track, let you talk to the drivers, crew chiefs, crew member and much more, of the the things you are interested most in.Sure the news is somewhat dated, but is more detailed and it gives you a chance to read, research and record all of the events that take place.After all, reading is at your speed, not some fast talking anouncers.But the best thing about NI, is the visits paid to racers and owners homes.The photography is breath taking, the interviews cutting and to the point.A beautiful way to learn about our heroes, its like you are right there, at home, on the plane or motorhome and then at the track, in the pits, in the R&D shop finding out about the race cars of today as well as those of tomorrows, even behind the wheel.The Magazine really is Nascar Illustrated, from front to back, it's one of the finest magazines I've ever seen/read,I now have my own subscription to Nascar Illustrated.Get yours now, you do not want to miss any of the news and views.

Speedway Illustrated --The only way to go !!
Dick Berggren does a fantastic job of covering all levels of racing. He features local short track racing along w/ Nascar headlines. The writing is balanced unlike many of the NASCAR propaganda magazines that only tell you what they want you to hear. I highly recommend this magazine to any race fan out there!!

A Racer's Magazine- not NASCAR's
This automotive sports magazine is written with the Racing Fan in mind.But not the Sunday-only Nextel Fan.If you are interested in the latest happenings across the country on tiny and huge tracks, inside the car that you race at your local track, and some fantastic photography- pick this up.My husband and I fight over every issue.

For the Short Track Racing Enthusiast
If you want articles about Dale Earnhardt Jr or Jeff Gordon month in and month out, then this is not your magazine.While the magazine does devote an article a month to the big boys of racing, it's primary devotion is to the local race car driver. Great Magazine!
Ok, I love cars but when I read some car magazines I'm left feeling like I could never afford to drive those cars. I wonder how many people find a review of a $125K car worth while..... If you have that kind of disposable funds do you really care what some editor says about the car?
The Best $24.99 Ever Spent!!!
Classic Motorsports Magazine and its sister publication Grassroots Motorsports are in my mind two of the best automotive publications out there.The articles are very informative, and written in a way that any enthusiast will enjoy them.No matter what their level of ability is. Reading these two magazines is like sitting in the garage listening to a friend tell you of their latest automotive adventures. This in itself would be enough to make them a must buy for me.
