Worst Magazine!
This is the worst magazine ever!The most boring magazine I've read! I've read this magazine and is so boring! I rather read Discovery girls, Gl(Girls Life) or American Girl. I hate this magazine! Plus this magazine has no ADs either! BORING! BORING! No girl in my class even likes this dumb magazine at all neither my friends!!!!

Hopscotch- Not that great...
I subscibed to this magazine about a year ago and I'm a little disapointed every time it comes. It is a good magazine because it doesn't talk about boys, makeup, etc. and because it is advertisment free. But some of the articles are very boring. Every month Hopscotch has the "issue" and last month it was Elephants. Yes, elephants. I was really bored flipping through magazine and learning about things that I really don't think I'll really need to know in my lifetime. I did learn a little, but overall, it was boring. Also in the section "Potsy's Post Office" kids can write in and say anything they want, usually mostly about the magazine. And most of the kids who write in sound VERY babyish. Another section they have is about knot tying. I really think that not very many girls care about knot tying. Hopscotch says they are aimed at girls ages 6-14. It may be a good magazine for 6-9 year olds, but I feel bad for any 14 year old getting this magazine.

Pure dumb crap
I got this magazine when I was 9 or 10 and I'd groan every time it came in the mail. The stories aren't that interesting and I hate how they center it on one thing. What if you hate the thing the issue is about? Then its like you'll never read it. ... Read more

Awesome Magazine!
The Old Schoolhouse magazine always features a beautiful schoolhouse on the cover.The current winter issue has a charming little snow covered building in Hebron, New Hampshire. It is attractive and would be great to display on anyone's coffee table. However, this magazine for homeschool families does not find much time just sitting around looking pretty. It is brimming with information written by homeschoolers, about homeschoolers and for homeschoolers.
Of all the magazines out there-this is top of the line!
I have reviewed many home school materials for several years and The Old Schoolhouse Magazine rates top of the line with me!From the gorgeous front covers to every page in between ,I am encouraged! Many of my home school questions are answered through the interviews with known authors, publishers and educators to moms -like- me who are not so known. The"Teacher's Lounge Show and Tell" focuses on people from around the world sharing their stories and methods of how home education has worked for them. The "Unit Studies" equips me with ideas for specific subjects and how to make them fun and learnable for my children.The "TOS Art Studio" pages talk about a featured artist and beautiful samples of their art work to study are displayed as well as art helps.There are hilarious articles that help me through tough days, like "Kindergarten Korner" ,to the cartoons that I can relate to on a day to day basis, making little moments more memorable.There are recipes too!And I have never seen so many contests with such exceptional products in any magazine!I feel that The Old Schoolhouse Magazine has so much to offer no matter who you are that it is too numerous to write in this still small space.I highly believe this is a beneficial magazine to subscribe to for yourself and for a gift to a friend who needs it as much as you!(Your in-laws and parents may need a subscription too to understand what you do and support you in all your labors!)

A cool magazine
This magazine has lots of good articles to read. I really love the things to do like the mazes and word puzzles and games. Where is my magazine??
I bought a subscription for my daughter Keli Johnston in Jan. or Feb. the charge has gone through but so far no magazines have arrived. This pregnancy is only going to be 9months and she is already 5months into it. Can you please check on the status of magazine delivery. Thank you So not worth it
Subscription service assistants for this magazine are pathetic.I paid for my subscription when I submitted my order, yet they suspended my account while "waiting for payment".They have yet to deliver my first issue, and I'm sure I won't even need it by then.There are better magazines out there, and this one isn't one of them.I recommend saving your time and money and avoiding Shape's FitPregnancy.

A great start
My husband and I are thinking about getting pregnant.I wanted to know about exercise and have enjoyed "Fit" magazine.I thought the articles were interesting and helpful but would have liked to see more actually about fitness.There was some nutrition and exercise information but I would have liked to see more.Great place for "to-be" mom's to get ideas.If or when it happens, I'll definitely get a subscription. ... Whose says history has to be boring?
I use this magazine for my three kids (ages 9, 11, and 13) who are homeschooled. They love the magazine because it makes history more fun than dry textbooks and they get to really experience what life was like in a certain era.

A Wonderful Family Magazine!
I love my subscription to Faith & Family!I have had it now for 2 years.I was tired of reading the same old stuff in magazines and found something more satisfying with Faith & Family.Not only is it full of Spiritual treasures, it is visually stunning.I was so happy to find this magazine and I hope many more families give it a try!
