The Best Kids Craft Mag Ever!
Pack O Fun has been around for years and is still the best craft magazine for kids. It has several craft ideas in each issue that also include specific ideas for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. This magazine is for kids and adults alike. To keep the group leaders full of fun ideas for the kids and for their own kids with wonderful little stories that kids enjoy. I love getting it as much as my three daughters and all the Girl Scouts I've worked with. My mom even had a subscription to this magazine when I was in Brownies! New image: half ccg's half video games
If you like to read magazines that have a variety of focal points, then this one might interest you. About three months ago, Inquest Gamer changed its name to IQ Gamer. As the title states, it is a different magazine. Before I bought the subscription, I thought I was getting 12 issues of news and articles about ccg's and miniature games. As it turns out, the first issue of my subscription was not what I was accustomed to. About half of this new IQ Gamer now covers video games.
Not as good as it used to be.
I've been reading Inquest for many years now and I've always liked it but about 2 years ago they seriously cut down on the number of pages in each issue and the price of individual issues (not subsription) is way too high to justify this. Plus there is an INSANE amount of ads dwelling within the pages (okay when they alert you to something new tho). Inquest rocks!
Inquest, while not being the best gaming magazine out there, is a one stop look at all your gaming needs. It has almost everything. And although it's not the most accurate(i.e. Magic decks and cards are often off, the price guide isn't the best and some of the computer game strategies are extremely rudimentary), it does have a lot. It is also very funny and entertaining. So instead of having to have a subscription to several other magazines, you only need to subscribe to one. And a very amusing one at that. WOW!
This magazine shows me how to be a great collector. I never knew any of the info in the magazine. And now, I know it it all!

3 months?
They charged my credit card and expected me to wait 3 months to receive a magazine. That doesn't work for me so I tried to cancel. I had to dispute the charge because Coinage wouldn't cancel the subscription that they never sent. It might be a fine magazine but I'll never know.

A very good magazine...
This magazine is very good for all coin collectors.Some of my favrorite things about the magazine are the articles.The topics can range from sleepers to major shows to legal issues.The topics are diverse and interesting.The magazine will keep you up-to-date with the hobby!

Crossword puzzles only.Not too difficult, but gives my brain a workout.
This is exactly what I wanted - crosswords only.There are no other puzzles or games.The clues aren't too difficult or obscure.I'm able to complete each one without having to look at the answers, but only after having some letters filled in for clues.You know how that goes... first you fill in the words that you know for sure, and then you go back to see if the blank words come to you after you have a letter or two filled in.It's just the thing I was looking for to give my brain a gentle workout.The size of the magazine is 6" x 9", so it's small enough to tuck into my purse.The cost of the subscription is a big savings over buying the crossword books individually.This one is just right. ... Great but not for beginners
This is an excellent chess magazine. Having said that, the level is pretty advanced. If you are buying it as a gift, this is not for a casual chess player. If the giftee plays in tournaments, or belongs to a club, or owns a dozen or two chess books, go ahead.

conflict of interest
contains articles, address information and many advertisements. Be aware that many of the advertisers in this periodical are owned by the Odyssey Group, the same company that publishes the magazine. I think there are obvious conflict of interest issues when it comes to this magazine policing the integrity of its advertisers. Some interesting articles, but editorially inconsistent.
This magazine is o.k, but could be better
This magazine is o.k. but it could be much, much better. First of all, this magazine costs almost [too much] per issue, yet 80 percent of the magazine is advertisements (In the May 2003 issue 56 of the 79 pages are advertisements). There are some interesting articles, but having only 23 pages of articles, and things other than advertisements there aren't really that many articles in the magazine; for example, the cover story is only 2 pages long. It would be nice if for what you pay for the magazine there was more content, other than advertisements. I personally would suggest that someone wanting a GOOD autograph collecting magazine try "The Autograph Times" (I am in no way linked to or advertising for The autograph times, i just prefer the magazine to this one) ...
