This Magazine is alright-
I am just getting into herbs- this magazine explained alot about the herbs that you can take- but for some reason some of the articles didn't hold my interest.They seemed to be saying"blah, blah, blah"I didn't renew my subscription.
A very interesting and useful magazine!
I am fascinated by herbs and the use of medicinal plants to prevent and treat diseases and this magazine is my favorite.It has in depth articles which discuss the uses of specific herbs but also includes articles on general health topics.It has a readable format and also beautiful photography.It would appeal to serious students of herbology as well as those who have only casual interest in natural health topics.

It's not worth it
This was my first time with fit pregnancy and was very suprised to find only a few pages of actual fitness.I'm very into keeping fit while I'm pregnant and I fel that this magazine did not help me with finding other types of workouts.Maybe I should write my own magazine since all of what they tell you in the articles is stuff that I already know.The name of this magazine should be Fit Pegnancy 101.

Ok magazine but HORRIBLE subscription service
I have finally received my first issue of Fit Pregnancy. I think the magazine is ok, I would say it's pretty good except it's a bi-monthly so I expected it to have a bit less "fluff" and a bit more actual info, tips and articles. Let's say the Magazine itself deserves 3-4 stars.

Where is my magazine??
I bought a subscription for my daughter Keli Johnston in Jan. or Feb. the charge has gone through but so far no magazines have arrived. This pregnancy is only going to be 9months and she is already 5months into it. Can you please check on the status of magazine delivery. Thank you So not worth it
Subscription service assistants for this magazine are pathetic.I paid for my subscription when I submitted my order, yet they suspended my account while "waiting for payment".They have yet to deliver my first issue, and I'm sure I won't even need it by then.There are better magazines out there, and this one isn't one of them.I recommend saving your time and money and avoiding Shape's FitPregnancy.

A great start
My husband and I are thinking about getting pregnant.I wanted to know about exercise and have enjoyed "Fit" magazine.I thought the articles were interesting and helpful but would have liked to see more actually about fitness.There was some nutrition and exercise information but I would have liked to see more.Great place for "to-be" mom's to get ideas.If or when it happens, I'll definitely get a subscription. ... great for keeping up with my diet
I hit my weight loss goal, and wanted an easy way to keep up with the South Beach Diet lifestyle. The newsletter keeps me informed on diet changes, new recipes and health oriented news. This beautiful and well-written newsletter delivered each month keeps me on track!

Extremely Informative & Useful
The South Beach Diet Newsletter just arrived in the mail. I found it to be VERY informative, helpful and practical. Each section offered useful advice that I am able to apply to my lifestyle immediately. A great compliment to the South Beach Diet Book. The 6 recipes are unique and of course healthy. I made the Lemon-Caper Chicken last night and it was excellent. I am already looking forward to the next edition.

A Welcome Addition to my Alternative Health Library
I can't understand anyone giving a negative review of this newsletter.I am well educated in alternative health treatments and natural products.I keep up with the latest developments in research by reading websites, books, magazines, etc.I half expected not to receive any new information from Dr. Andrew Weil, after reading the uncomplimentary post at this site.
Covers many topics
This is a good newletter covering a broad range of alternative medicine topics. Most of the information can be found elsewhere on his website, but it's still good to have it compiled in a readable format. Also, like the previous reviewer, I requested the free issue. On the website, It is clearly stated that you will receive an invoice for the full year. All you have to do is return the invoice marked with "Cancel". It's that simple. Please get all the facts before making such a big fuss.

Useless
I requested a "free" copy of this newsletter from Dr. Weil's website. I was told that there would be no commitment. However, the newsletter's marketing department sent me a bill and demanded that I pay the one year subscription. They had very poor customer support (no 800 number or address). I finally managed to find an email address and wrote them to cancel my "subscription". I received no reply. Instead, they sent the bill over to a collection agency. I decided to go ahead and pay the amount (about $20), since it was taking too much of my time. The articles are varied in utility. About 50% of the information is available for free on the internet.

Daughter gets this magazine.She loves it!!I like that it covers all aspects of dance, and since she competes has lots of helpful hints.

Great magazine, but it would have been nice to be told when I originally subscribed (from a voucher in the magazine) that subscriptions were not available to Australia.Took my money and only received on issue on time and another one or two many months later.Thanks heaps :( ... Read more
